I would take a USB drive unload data and run it through apex or take to dealer to run through apex. Save all the data to APEX, if there is a corrupt file, then APEX will recognize which one it is and it will not be able to be downloaded. Reformat USB to FAT 32 and reload data to usb reload on display.
