thats funny because of the new laws as of July 1 of last year if I remember right all the chiropractors around here have quit simply due to the driver needing to go get drs records if they are type 2 or high blood pressure before they come. So they felt it cut their business to much to jump thru the hoops. As this law intensifies I see maybe one or two drs in any state doing this and they will force a sleep study and a physical will end up costing lots of money
Since the DOT mandate regarding physician certification my physical is cheaper than it was. My family doctor is not certified by the DOT to perform them so I go to a nurse practitioner that is certified. She only charges 65 bucks. Doctor was over 100. |
