We run these on our truck. They are REAL loud and good tone. We got them at a Kenworth dealer. We wired them to the steering wheel switch and they don't take that much air. If you are anywhere near and not expecting it, you will jump a few inches off the ground when they go off! We park in town next to some railroad tracks every now and then. A train came through while we were waiting for air pressure to build one morning. He honked for the crossing and we honked back. The engineer was leaning out the window giving us the thumbs up as he went by.
