To LuAnn, the Winkle Family & Friends, my condolences.
Ed Winkle was very giving of his time and help, and did it in a courteous, professional manner. He epitomized the original intention of this Board, and was true to that until his end.
The highest respect we could pay to him, would to be a little more like him...
