Subject: ? about who made a JD green rock windrower, no picks....

Central ND
I saw this yesterday and it is probably 20-30 years old. Its almost JD green.. Shamrock colored maybe.....And very light duty..... small compared to what Schulte sells....tag says made in Canada and cant find a tag find a serial number on it anywhere. Its single side delivering windrower drum is a square tubing maybe only 10x 10 tube with 4 straight rows of teeth and a orbit motor on the left side.It has a single rock shaft lift on its skinny tired lift system. Similar to the old Oliver cultivators /chisels had.
Just wondering if anyone know who made these. I've only seen Schulte and dakon, hay buster, and a few other companies. what could it be? JD??
