Yep, used to use the pig holders all the time. I'll be darned if I can remember the manufacturer of the one I had but it held them upside down by the back legs with the belly facing out towards you. I cut thousands of boar pigs that way and never had a problem. In a pinch you can hold them upside down between your legs with the belly exposed too, hey it worked out in the pasture! | |
