We have a similar set up on a White 6710, smaller tractor and a little older, but similar 3pt hitch I think. We had grief with ours, and ended up replacing the computer. I would check all electrical connections in the system, and get the tech to check the programming on the brain. I think it's an auto 5 box. The brain is not that expensive, but would need to be reprogrammed for that tractor and that function. EquipmentUser on this forum would know more.
