Typically 9000 twine (2 rolls of 4500) is only 140 knot strength which can be a real problem in "fluffy" type hay/straw that you need to make real tight. I use min. 170 knot strength twine which Bridon sells in the 9600 packages or in the 7200ft single rolls. I prefer the big rolls as you can fill the baler up with 6 of those and be good for the afternoon. The stuff i have now is 200lb/knot strength twine. I use NH575 balers.
