I assume you have contacted Stutsman's in Hills Ia already ? Ask for John Yoder if you haven't ....they are the best/biggest around here. Think I heard a guy state he gets 1.2 cents/gal for a hose drag removal...is that about inline with what you paid last year ? Good Luck
