Subject: First time stir drying

E Manitoba
We have a 30ft diam. bin with 4auger neco stir rite, 10hp centrifugal fan and natural gas burner, never used it much before but we're having a wet harvest, planning to dry spring wheat probably coming in at 17-19%
What temperature should we use? any rough ideas on drying and cooling time? Do you leave the stirrers on all the time? I have got the impression that it is unwise to fill to the full depth of the augers, we could get 11000 bushells in. Our plan is to start up when there is 3ft in the bin then fill to half way and allow to dry some then go to 2/3 full and complete drying.
Thanks for any comments/advice
