ECMN | After a 3 week vacation and nearly a week recovering, here are my dreaded results. My last official weigh in was Feb 9th, exactly 1 month ago. I have a net gain of 3.9 pounds. I began vacation doing rather well, but things changed quickly once we got busy sight seeing and doing things. It's amazing how food, eating out, and treats (strawberry shortcake at Plant City...twice) have an effect on our eating habits. Portion control was out of control. Florida had cooler temps and a lot of rain this year, so I only went for a walk once. I got right back back at it last week (the gain was actually worse) and hope to stay on track again. With the warming temps I hope to get some walking in. Hoping next week we are all losers. | |
