Central Illinois | I will remind my kids from time to time that God is watching their actions. I'll ask them if they believe God would approve of whatever it is that I am considering unacceptable behavior. I think that most times it works because they begin to think before they act. They still need to be reminded from time to time.
My youngest struggled with behavior when we changed schools. He was 9 at the time. We didn't anticipate him having any trouble with the transition but it was a major life change for him. He eventually adjusted but that first year was a bear.
