Down 3.0, 278.0 A little surprised by that, as I have been getting careless about proportions I am supposed to be eating.
But, still , making progress. If I can get to 250, it will be a major victory for me. After that, we will just have to see what happens.
Trying to picture carrying around the weight lost, is a good incentive for me.
