Central Illinois | IIRC, the owner of a local flooring business told some of the glues used before 1975 had asbestos in them. I did not know that, before we had a hard wood floor sanded. Pay someone with right equipment to do the sanding. The right person and equipment can sand the floor in less than a day. Well worth the price. You can do the finish work yourself, as I did.
