Central Mo

We have 4 semi's but the biggest reason is for harvest time, and we dump all into our bins in the fall.  We don't hire it hauled out but don't look for the 100 mile hauls either, the closer the better.

It seems a lot of farms around here that have a hired man or two will keep them busy in the winter hauling grain the longer distances.   I thought of hiring the trucking done if I could get some of it paid for with a better bid from farther away, but haven't been able to make that work.

Here it's cheaper to buy a truck and trailer than a dump truck and I'd rather take a 1000 bu when I go than 600.
