Brazilton KS | Only one to two inches, I would just disk it repeatedly with the heavy disk and then farm as normal. If they are tall, perhaps bushog first but if you do that I'd recommend tracks for subsequent tillage passes. Hitting it with a strong dose of 2,4 D or something stronger (beware of replanting restrictions) ahead of time would make things work even better.
Seriously, we have one to two inch stuff grow up when we limit tillage for several years on some fields without disking or cutting clean with a cutterbar (soybeans) | |
