I think the on-screen maps on the display, and the datalogs which get exported, are different, but I will admit I am not certain of that.
I also don't think the contents of the flash drive have a bearing on what's exported from the display. I believe typically when you export, the display dumps out everything that has been logged since the last export.
It could be tested with a display. If you export data, and then immediately change to a fresh flash drive and export again, you could see what you get on the second drive, on the second export. If my theory is correct, on the second export, you would get a blank ag data file. If kgbarnett22's theory is correct, you would get a duplicate copy of the same data.
Sometimes I wish I had a display at home to try these kinds of things on. There's just no time to tinker when at work. | |
