I was carrying a scoop shovel full of mud this evening and estimated it to be about equal to the amount of weight I have lost so far this year.  It is shocking to think I have been walking around trying to get something accomplished while packing that much extra weight.  I'm going to lose some more as I don't want to keep carrying it around everywhere I go.  The extra weight sure zaps a person by the end of the day.  

I feel so much better already having lost some pounds.  I started to join up last year and gave it up.  However, because you kept posting and I kept reading, it created a resolve to join up this year.  Your weekly thread is why I can take credit for some of those 225 "missing" pounds.  Thanks, Debra.
