That's just for starters.

Wait till the IOT (Internet of things) like NEST thermostats etc get hacked.

Someone hacks your thermostat turns the heat up to 90 while your gone or turns it off freezing all your pipes. Turns your furnace off, turns your sprinklers or water on and runs up your bill. Opens up your garage door or locked door.

I'm sure all these devices have enough security holes in them to drive a truck through just so everybody can do it all from their phone.
