Iowa | Make sure you use square twisted link chain. Regular log chain does NOT work as it does not stay on the ground like twisted link. Length of chain needs to be 26"-28" in length. Also make sure to keep drag brackets as low to the ground as possible, usually within a 1"-1 1/2" of the soil surface, this helps hold two hand fulls of soil in front of it. See picture below.
