The chain used in the Martin kit works best. It's amazing what it does wiggling across 20 inches of the seed furrow, adding that last bit of crumbling, leveling and firming. 40 inches of chain equals almost 20 inches of effective row travel. I don't have a source for the chain but the kit makers buy it in rolls also.
