Found a sheet metal 3 wheeler, looks like a replica of maybe a 420 or 520, not cast, sheet metal.  Anyone have any idea who made it or who might know what it is worth?

After searching awhile I can't find one like it but I am sure I have seen one or two in my lifetime.
