Southeast Colorado | That surely was planted pretty late. Even though last fall we thought winter would never get here..........it seems as though the earlier planted wheat (all through September) looks much better than anything planted late. After that November shock I thought a lot of our bigger wheat might be dead but it has come out of it nicely. Does all of your wheat look like the above pictures? I thought you guys were in the Garden of Eden! I have not traveled north of highway 50 in KS this season. Guess I need to get out more. But then again if all i saw was dead wheat I would probably be on the wrong side of the market. Wheat almost at $4 again. Yipee!!!!!
