Things I would check in no special order

bearings

alignment

rasp bars

rear beater

Maybe the belt is slipping cause the rasp bars are wore, Does it sound like it's slugging? Usually new bars make a new combine if they have much wear. The loss of capacity makes me suspect bars.

Let us know what you discover
