Based on prices from the coop website here 18-46-0 vs 10-34-0, dry has a $0.32/lb of phosphate advantage over liquid when setting the value of N in each based on the price on NH3. I think that is higher than normal but dry P is almost always cheaper than liquid. We have a 100 cu ft Gandy box on our 16 row DMI striptiller that has worked well since we replaced the fan with a Crary fan. We full up the dry box every 2 tanks of NH3. We figure the dry box pays for itself about every 3 years over applying liquid on the planter.
