Her best friend ,whom she has known more than 70 years, was to receive half of the estate and two nieces were to share the other half.
The one niece is trying to take everything away from the other two and has stolen money as well as other items she wanted given to others prior to her death. I have learned of similar cases of exploitation of the elderly by relatives who were prosecuted successfully. |
