He had this super secret computer program that he did not want to let the government have (the old "dog ate my homework" excuse). Thus the contempt of court. I will admit, if you get on the wrong side of the courts or government, it can be a really really bad thing for you. And it appears Martin did get on the wrong side of a few people in the government. And they likely let him sit and rot. I would not put that above government bureaucrats at all. But I also suspect where there is smoke, there is fire. Martin is probably not lilly white, pure as the driven snow, squeaky clean (as he so claims). A criminal would not lie, would they? John
