Wheel motors I would say very little, planetaries maybe, but I doubt that you would see any issues, My perspective has always been that the larger tires roll easier on top of the ground than the skinnies roll thru the ground always trying to climb out of a rut that it is actually easier on the power train with the big tires. 

That's my story and I'm stickin to it !
