Bethany, MO | We had a pretty good little organization start up a few years ago in our area, single turbo limits, cu. in. limits, etc. They didn't make a rod class. 4 classes tractors, 4 classes of 2wd pickups, 2 of 4wd. I don't know why all the "econo rod" classes have to be carburated and then run exhaust with collectors. I wish some organization would come up with a single blown (there's no replacement for the sound of a blown motor) with 30.5 tires and limit cu. in. You could build a nice tractor that would still put on a good show for not much money. The worst problem with these little organizations (or the big ones for that matter) is that 9 people in a class will have 10 different ways that it should be set up. | |
