I've had a 140,000 btu Reznor for 15 years, I'd have to say overall its been a pretty good unit. I give it a good servicing (takes about 4-6 hrs if you do it ALL and correctly) once a year and "if" you keep the antifreeze out of it, it is pretty much trouble free. Burns about 1 gal per running hour.
