Upper Midwest | This is a SUPER set of photos! It's not the same one I'm looking for, but the block failed almost identically. Now that I think back the one I saw had two shots, maybe more. One showed the tractor, still hitched to the sled, rear tires still in motion, hood just starting to blow off. The second shot was a tight shot inside the engine bay, zoomed in even tighter than the the first one you sent.
