On Lexan or plexiglas we use Plexus.  Plexus is commonly used for plastic windows and windshield on aircraft and it is not supposed to scratch or cloud like other cleaners can.  I have read that cropdusters also use Pledge (the furniture cleaner) on their windshield, especially where there are lots of bugs.  On glass we use a California Duster or windshield washer fluid.
