| Don't know anything about that tractor but you really need to check field speeds. A 903 rated rpm was 2400 IIRC, 855 might be 2100 at the high end(1900-2000 might be better) . Does not sound like a lot I know. If you can't do anything else try to get a load behind it that makes it work and see if speeds seems reasonable to you as to which which are too fast and too slow( I know easier said that done). Check road gear also, it will be slower but Steigers had a fast road gear. Other than that it is a good thing. | |
