Subject: RE: farmall 95 troubles

Strathcona, mn
Do not own a fiat based dry clutch tractor for loader work! They will eat clutches like no other. I just traded a 7635nh that had a dry clutch and loader. In 2000hrs it ate 3 clutches. My guys wouldn't down shift when moving pallets and totes and could eat through clutches every 1.5-2 seasons. I've never heard of much trouble with the wet clutch versions but there will never be another dry clutch loader tractor on this farm. I enjoyed almost everything else on the tractor for yard work other than the dry clutch.
