Mid Michigan
I don't know. There are a bunch of 99 ish chevy trucks in our parking lot at work that are probably the worst rust buckets I've seen in 30 years. That era of chevy seems to be worse than the 1966 we had that we changed the rocker panels on two times in 20 years of owning it. The one I was looking at the other day was so bad I actually stopped in my tracks and looked it over because I was shocked. I was actually thinking of starting a picture thread of all the late model rusted out pickups I see every day here in michigan. The 99 era Fords are garbage too. I think the real reason we have less trouble is fuel injection makes life easier and we drive many more miles in a shorter time than we used to and the vehicles get miles on them faster. People like to talk about how many miles they drive but they still can't make them not be junk in 20 years.
