US
very methodical and calculated way to get grain sold

question though, 2007-2013 how did this work?

not questioning your method, but showing us an example of 2014 and 2015 is like the GBS crowd showing examples of $8.55 corn in 2011 and 2012, which many have the settlement sheets to prove it.

so, how do you navigate those waters? what if 2015 is a dud on acres and yield and corn moves hard. will that $5.60 and $4.70 be comfortable.

FWIW, have most 2014 beans sold (had a good crop compared to APH so had some overage) with $12 in front, less corn sold but what is sold has a $5 in front of it. Not too worried about 2015 corn at current levels have a lot of weather to deal with, trying to decide what to do for 2015 beans though
