mascoutah, IL | What if $4 isn't a break even price?? I'm sure there are some in that boat. Not saying that is my situation but inputs could easily be another hundred dollars an acre higher next year. Too many variables to be contracting that far out. Also most guys I know do not play in the options market. By reading all the "high rollers" here on AT you would think it is the norm but I don"t believe that is true. I can lose enough money through bad marketing without giving more away with puts and calls.
