All I know is you guys are thinking why to much for a Saturday morning. LOL Those that say you need to get a job in town to support your farming. Your going need a heck of a job in town to support your $400-$700 per acre breakeven cost. just saying..........
Let me set the record straight here; ALL a person has to sell is their time, I don't care what you are doing, you need to figure out how much you are getting paid for your time. The reality for me is to get much bigger, I'd have to go out and pay going rent, which is a loser, or buy an overpriced farm, and would take up my time which is worth quite a bit in other endeavors. If you are not capable of doing something else other than spend your time on the farm, well let's just say might be a tough row to hoe for awhile.
