cfdr - 1/30/2015 16:16 What I fear is that we may have been born, grown up, and lived our lives in the best time in history - a time never to be seen again. Time to go back to the river and go fishing again . . . Before my Dad left this world he said we will end up living in a 3rd world nation and that he had been very fortunate to live in the golden era of history. He was born in 1929 and died in 2000. His words of wisdom and his teachings become ever more clear to me as the years go by and I miss those complex conversations and the times we spent discussing these issues in depth. My time with my Dad is forever gone but all of you offering your wisdom and sharing your knowledge has further expanded my understanding of his words. Thanks to all of you. John, my Dad read through this series of books and found them a fascinating history of man. I've often wanted to read them all but have never had the time to get around to them. Just thought they might be something that you might find interesting.
