I know the feeling, Cat had a multi language training program that was pretty neat. They go through the program on a computer and if they pass they print out a certificate. My issue with it was it told them too much. None of our guys need to know anything about CTL's or MTL's etc.

Our old NH's were good, new ones not so much.
