I see this all the time!! If he has a contact me before you bid & a cheap by it now price + Zero feedback-- NEVER bid on that item, It's a scam!! I cannot understand how E-bay lets this get thru there listing system all the time. I got tired of reporting these items to E-bay like I used to. I just skip over them now.
