We have run hundreds of meters on our test stand. You can get a finger pickup meter to run very well on the stand if you have an adjustable brush,and dial it in, but as soon as you change seed size or shape you will get different results, guaranteed. Whether or not this will affect your yield, I'm not sure. A JD vacuum planter with esets or pro max or a Case IH vacuum meter will always be more consistent with less moving parts.
