I had a trailer get laid over while we were running in calcium chloride. They should have totaled it. From experience you just as well put new posts, frame and inner and outer skin. What isn't showing rot yet will after you fix it.
The one we had was retired to moving product around the warehouse in a few years. Not too many years later it was so far gone I didn't figure it would support a load sitting still.
