I would run away because it probably has more interior damage than you can see.  The trailer looks like it has hauled fertilizer and the product and dust has gotten inside the walls.  As already stated, labor will leave you speechless after you open it up, and then there is no turning back.  Find a clean trailer somewhere and pay a little bit more.  Money well spent.
