Not really an answer but http://www.gpscity.com/mounts is about the most complete source of Ram mounts I've seen. They're honest as well as I've had them ship the wrong thread size and they handled the mistake professionally without further cost to me. (Shipped the correct part with a prepaid shipper.) Their video's are excellent to get new ideas on mounting.
