When you are getting in there take the time to check and see if there is any play in the pivot points. There are 6 bushings and 2 sliders on the scissor mechanism. If it wobbles side to side or front to back now would be the easiest time to take it out and rebuild. Very easy to do and not expensive. The front/rear seat rails can also wear from being adjusted.

As mentioned above, check to see if the accumulator needs charged. Normally a dealership will charge about 50 bucks for this, or you can buy a regulator, small nitrogen bottle, short hose, and a tire chuck to do the job yourself for about $150 and then be able to do the next 200 yourself....
