If you're going be using it for the same jobs as the 4255 you would most likely be more than happy with it. However, if it were up to me I would go with an 8130 or 8230. The 6.8 is a dog compared to the 9.0. Also if this tractor doesn't have TLS it's going to ride pretty rough compared to the longer wheelbased 8X30's.
