central mich
We have had a larger Clean Burn for many years. Not too much trouble to maintain them. But they do need to be cleaned once a year and it is always messy to drain off the water and coolant.

They do burn a lot of oil so you will need a source of oil. We burn about 1600 gallons a year with our 275,000 btu furnace. Heats a 50x50x16 shop and we keep it 65 degrees. Building is insulated pretty well but could be better and we have some air leakage around doors.
