The other thing that changed the game here was the Codling Moth..... Now the county can come into your backyard & cut down a fruit tree if you don't spray it.
Interesting. I'm pretty sure there is no such rule here, but I can see how backyard fruit trees could be a thorn in the side of commercial production.
How do they handle those that claim to be organic? Is organic production even possible there?
