Thanks for the pics I definitely like the way that gives the curved and smooth trench for the tile to lay into. You are going the extra mile to make a very expensive investment stay round for maximum capacity and life.

There are some machines around that will cut a trench for a 24" but it's a huge volume of dirt for the conveyor to keep up with especially on deeper cuts.

How thick is your spoon material and what kind of steel do you use. ?

I'm guessing you also have laser control on the excavator for digging ? or are you just using a guy with a gradestick and laser receiver.
